I just want to say that while I unplugged my alarm battery while I had no power (so that it didn’t drain), your offer to your customers for a reduced cost on both a replacement battery and service call was very much appreciated. It reminds me of the reason why I recommended your company to both friends and family.
While some businesses took advantage of the storm as an opportunity to profit, All Action did the opposite. GREAT JOB!!!!
